4. Liability: Tripzy is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during travel. It is the traveler’s responsibility to purchase adequate insurance to cover any such losses.

Passport and Visa Requirements: It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have a valid passport and any necessary visas or other travel documentation required for entry into their destination country. Tripzy is not responsible for any issues arising from the traveler’s failure to obtain the necessary documentation.
6. Health: It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they are in good health and able to travel. Tripzy is not responsible for any health issues or medical emergencies that may arise during travel.
7. Travel Advisories: Tripzy recommends that travelers check the travel advisories issued by their government for their destination country prior to travel. Tripzy is not responsible for any issues arising from travel to a country with a travel advisory in place.
8. Intellectual Property: All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Tripzy and may not be used or reproduced without our written consent.
9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Georgia.
